MNPPI Group LLC ("MNPPI," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website mnppi.org (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit the Site.

Contact form submissions: When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), selected topic, and message content.
Automatically collected data: Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically collects standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, referring pages, and timestamps. This data is used for security, performance, and operational purposes.
Bot protection: We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that contact form submissions originate from real users. Turnstile does not use cookies or track users across sites.

2. How We Use Your Information

To respond to your inquiries submitted through the contact form
To operate, maintain, and improve the Site
To protect the Site from abuse and unauthorized access
To comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share information with:

Service providers: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (email delivery). These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it.
Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process.

4. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are delivered to us via email and are not stored in a database on the Site. Cloudflare server logs are retained according to Cloudflare's data retention policies.

5. Cookies and Tracking

The Site uses a single localStorage item (mnppi-theme) to remember your dark/light theme preference. We do not use cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking scripts.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated performance metrics such as page views, referrers, and browser type. This service does not use cookies, does not collect personally identifiable information, and does not track users across sites.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption, Content Security Policy headers, rate limiting, and input validation. All traffic is served through Cloudflare's global network.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by contacting us at hello@mnppi.org.

8. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
